Job Description

In this vital role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining an efficient production flow. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various textile production machinery (e.g., sewing machines, cutting machines, knitting machines, finishing equipment) as per training and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality control checks on materials and finished products to identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow production schedules and targets to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and finished goods within the production area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and productivity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall mill operations.
