Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of Therapy Assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for therapy assistants, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised therapy plans in close collaboration with senior therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting therapy interventions and goals as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and all company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the therapy assistant team.
- Manage team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation effectively to meet service demands.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Act as a crucial liaison between therapy assistants, senior therapists, clients, and their families.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Therapy Assistant, with demonstrable leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy).
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating teams.
