Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and categorize donated items (clothing, accessories, household goods, books, etc.).
- Inspect items for quality, damage, and cleanliness, determining suitability for resale or recycling.
- Efficiently organize sorted merchandise into designated areas for processing or staging.
- Assist with pricing guidance for various items based on condition, brand, and market trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sorting area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of goods from donation to sales floor.
- Assist with moving and lifting boxes of donations, as required.
