Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively with customers to promote and sell tickets for various events and attractions.
  • Process ticket sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
  • Contribute consistently to achieving individual and team sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and effectively communicate promotional campaigns.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, data security, and customer privacy.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of sales booths or points of sale when required for specific events or locations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer service role, preferably within a ticketing or retail environment.
