Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently using designated ticketing software and POS systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding event details, pricing, availability, and company policies via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints related to ticketing with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer information, and daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth event operations and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Stay updated on all upcoming events, promotions, and changes to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and participating in team meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
