Key Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive training on tire installation, balancing, rotation, and repair procedures.
- Assist experienced technicians in performing tire services for various vehicle types.
- Learn to use and maintain specialist tire service equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct visual inspections of tires for wear, damage, and pressure levels.
- Remove and replace wheels and tires, ensuring proper torque specifications are met.
- Perform basic wheel cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the shop.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as required.
- Assist with general workshop duties and learn new skills as opportunities arise.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
