Key Responsibilities

  • Receive comprehensive training on tire installation, balancing, rotation, and repair procedures.
  • Assist experienced technicians in performing tire services for various vehicle types.
  • Learn to use and maintain specialist tire service equipment safely and effectively.
  • Conduct visual inspections of tires for wear, damage, and pressure levels.
  • Remove and replace wheels and tires, ensuring proper torque specifications are met.
  • Perform basic wheel cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the shop.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers as required.
  • Assist with general workshop duties and learn new skills as opportunities arise.

Required Skills

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive mechanics.
