Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect tolls from motorists using various payment methods (cash, card, electronic tags).
- Provide clear and friendly customer service, assisting drivers with inquiries or directions as needed.
- Issue correct change and receipts for all transactions.
- Monitor traffic flow and assist in directing vehicles safely through the toll plaza.
