Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome passengers, verify tickets, and assist with boarding and disembarking procedures.
- Manage and assist passengers with their luggage, ensuring efficient and safe storage.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and informative announcements regarding tour schedules, safety guidelines, and points of interest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment within the tour bus throughout the journey.
- Act as a primary point of contact for passenger inquiries, providing information and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Assist passengers with special needs or mobility challenges, ensuring an inclusive and accessible travel experience for all.
- Distribute refreshments, informational materials, or other amenities as required during the tour.
- Collaborate effectively with the bus driver and tour manager to ensure seamless tour operations and adherence to schedules.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant transportation laws.
- Monitor passenger well-being and report any concerns or incidents to the driver or tour manager promptly.
