Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative walking tours of Liverpool's city centre and heritage sites.
- Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Liverpool's history, culture, landmarks, and current events.
- Deliver compelling narratives, anecdotes, and historical facts in an accessible and entertaining manner.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the walk.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring all participants feel included and engaged.
- Answer questions accurately and thoughtfully, demonstrating expert knowledge of the city.
- Adhere to planned tour routes and schedules, while remaining flexible to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.
- Collect and relay feedback from tours to improve future experiences.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in public speaking or leading groups.
