Key Responsibilities
- Lead various tours (e.g., river excursions, historical walks, cultural tours) with enthusiasm and expertise in the White River and Ocho Rios areas.
- Provide accurate and engaging commentary on local history, culture, flora, fauna, and points of interest.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, group movement, and adherence to itineraries.
- Interact positively with guests, answer questions, and cater to diverse needs and interests.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all local tourism regulations and company policies.
- Collect feedback from guests to continuously improve tour experiences.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Extensive local knowledge of White River, Ocho Rios, and surrounding attractions
