Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, informative, and entertaining tours for diverse groups of visitors in and around Christiana, Manchester.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, geography, flora, fauna, and current events with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including timings, routes, and guest comfort, adapting to unforeseen circumstances with professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously to enhance their experience.
- Promote local businesses and attractions responsibly, enhancing the visitor experience and supporting the community's economy.

Required Skills
