Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging and informative tours, covering various historical, cultural, and natural attractions across Jamaica.
- Provide clear, accurate, and entertaining commentary in English, enriching the visitor’s understanding and appreciation of Jamaica.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants, adhering to all safety protocols and handling emergencies professionally.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including timings, transportation coordination (if required), and guest comfort.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive group dynamic.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests, physical capabilities, and demographics of diverse groups.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Stay updated on current events, local developments, and new attractions to continually enhance tour offerings.
- Collect feedback from guests and relay relevant insights to improve future tour experiences.
Required Skills
