Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for individuals and groups throughout Treasure Beach and surrounding areas.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, ecology, and current events in a captivating manner.
- Personalize tour experiences to meet diverse guest interests and preferences.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants throughout the duration of tours.
- Manage tour logistics, including scheduling, transportation coordination (if applicable), and time management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Promote local businesses and attractions responsibly and authentically.
- Adhere to all relevant local tourism regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.

Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of Treasure Beach, St. Elizabeth, and wider Jamaican culture, history, and geography
