Key Responsibilities
- Curate and lead engaging, informative tours of Mona, St. Andrew, and surrounding areas.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, landmarks, biodiversity, and significant events.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and adapting to diverse group needs and interests.
- Effectively manage tour logistics, including timing, routes, meeting points, and transportation where applicable.

Required Skills
