Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct engaging, informative, and entertaining tours for individuals and groups in Hellshire, Portmore, and surrounding areas.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of local history, culture, geography, flora, fauna, and current events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines.
- Customize tour narratives and routes to cater to the specific interests and demographics of the group.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including timings, transportation coordination (if applicable), and comfort stops.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and exceptional customer service throughout the tour.
