Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical elements for tours, including transportation (flights, coaches, transfers), accommodation, activities, and vendor services.
- Develop and manage detailed tour itineraries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established budgets and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with tour guides, local operators, suppliers, and clients to confirm arrangements and resolve any emerging issues promptly.
- Monitor tour progress in real-time, troubleshoot logistical challenges, and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle all necessary documentation, including permits, visas, and insurance details.
- Maintain accurate records of all tour-related expenses and assist with post-tour reconciliation and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.

Required Skills
