Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information and assistance to tourists regarding local attractions, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Handle inquiries and bookings for tours, excursions, and other tourism-related services efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, cultural activities, and points of interest in the Black River District and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with local tourism partners, hoteliers, and service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Resolve guest concerns or issues professionally and promptly, escalating complex situations when necessary.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Mauritian tourism through positive interactions and service delivery.
  • Adhere to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by operational needs.
