Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product launches with robust trade marketing plans, launch toolkits, and sales enablement materials.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance of trade marketing activities, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams to facilitate effective program execution.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Sales within a consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing promotional strategies and merchandising programs.
  • Solid understanding of retail dynamics, channel management, and consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
