Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup (physical and virtual), and equipment management.
  • Manage participant registrations, inquiries, and provide timely communication regarding program details.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing expense reports.
  • Maintain and update training databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate post-training activities such as distributing surveys, collecting feedback, and compiling evaluation reports.
  • Support the development and improvement of training programs and content.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for participants, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with technology setup and troubleshooting for virtual training platforms.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a training or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating engaging training visuals.
