Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized and passionate Training Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Festac Town, Lagos. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
  • Design, develop, and update engaging training materials, presentations, and interactive exercises for various learning formats (e.g., workshops, e-learning modules).
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing training materials.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and internal subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Administer and maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and evaluation results using appropriate systems.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Communicate training schedules and program details clearly to all participants and stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities, outcomes, and return on investment for management review.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Training Coordinator, HR Coordinator with training focus, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for content creation and data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Understanding of basic adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD) or a related professional qualification.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content management.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to training.
