Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Training Program Assistant to join our vibrant team in Bloordale Village, Toronto. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for training programs, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive training materials, presentations, and participant kits.
- Manage participant registration, handle inquiries, and facilitate communication pre- and post-program.
- Provide essential administrative support to trainers, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Maintain and update program databases, participant records, and collect/process feedback forms.
- Assist with the promotion and marketing of training programs through various internal and external channels.
- Support the creation of engaging content and resources for workshops and online learning modules.
- Process invoices and meticulously track program-related expenses, ensuring budget adherence and financial accuracy.
- Handle general office duties and provide support to the broader team as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or coordination experience, ideally within an educational or training setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
