As our Training Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the smooth execution of a wide range of training and development programs across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for all internal and external training programs, including scheduling, venue booking (virtual and physical), material preparation, and equipment setup.
  • Manage participant registration, communication, and tracking, ensuring all pre-training requirements are met.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and external trainers regarding training inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with course content, attendance records, and completion data.
  • Support the development and formatting of training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Assist in the research and selection of external training vendors and resources, facilitating contracts and scheduling.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage training budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation rates, and program outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or project management role, preferably within an HR or Learning & Development department.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with specific LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday Learning, Saba Cloud).
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CTDP) or Project Management (e.g., CAPM).
