Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and equipment setup.
- Manage participant registration processes, correspondence, and communication before, during, and after training sessions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for participants and trainers, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Assist in the development and preparation of training materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback through surveys, and contribute to post-program analysis.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage budgets related to training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee vendor relationships for training-related services and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures related to training delivery.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms
