Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Manage training logistics, including room setup, equipment, and catering arrangements.
- Prepare, distribute, and organize training materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and completion in the HR system.
- Assist in the development and update of training content and e-learning modules.
- Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and department managers regarding training schedules and requirements.
- Collect and compile feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the Training & Development team as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating their initial training requirements.
- Manage and track training budgets and expenses.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in HR or training.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS software.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
- Fluency in additional local languages.
