Key Responsibilities
- Strictly enforce all trampoline park safety rules and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Actively monitor guests on various attractions, preventing unsafe behavior and responding promptly to incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, rules, and general park navigation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the park facilities, including jump areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Assist with check-ins, waiver verification, and distribution of jump socks or other necessary equipment.
- Support the execution of birthday parties, group events, and special promotions, ensuring a smooth and fun experience.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including first aid incidents and facility evacuations.
- Promote a positive, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for all guests and team members.
