Key Responsibilities

  • Transcribe audio and video recordings accurately and efficiently into written text.
  • Adhere to specific formatting guidelines, style guides, and client instructions for each project.
  • Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity to ensure high-quality output.
  • Manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines for all assigned transcription tasks.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information handled during the transcription process.
  • Utilize and become proficient with various transcription software and tools.
