Job Description

As an Entry-Level Transport Driver Helper, you will be a crucial part of our delivery team, working alongside experienced drivers to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of goods across Bairro Patrice Lumumba and surrounding areas in Macia. Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify cargo against delivery manifests to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Support drivers with navigation and route planning, becoming familiar with local delivery areas.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles for safety and maintenance needs.
- Interact professionally with customers, assisting with deliveries and addressing inquiries courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Secure loads using appropriate equipment (straps, dollies, etc.) to ensure safe transit.
