Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily transport operations, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment details, costs, and delivery proofs.
  • Prepare and process transportation documentation, such as bills of lading, manifests, and customs forms.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Support the logistics team in optimizing routes and transport plans for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and logistics processes.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and order fulfillment as needed.
  • Learn and utilize logistics management software and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
