Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily transport operations.
  • Learn to optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor shipments, track progress, and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Support inventory management and warehousing activities as needed.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of transportation vendors.
  • Assist in resolving logistical issues and unforeseen challenges in real-time.
  • Document processes and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
