Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient transport plans and optimal routes for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor daily transport operations, ensuring on-time delivery and maximum resource utilization.
- Analyze complex logistical data to identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage and foster strong relationships with carriers, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on transport performance, costs, and efficiency metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with warehousing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize the entire supply chain.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Transport Planner or in a similar logistics coordination role.
