Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and departure from the resort and designated transportation points.
- Efficiently and safely assist guests with the loading and unloading of their luggage and personal belongings.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for all shuttle vehicles before, during, and after each trip.
- Provide proactive support to shuttle drivers, including assistance with navigation, route coordination, and guest communication.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering accurate information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation schedules.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during boarding, alighting, and transit, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other resort departments to coordinate guest movements and special requests.
- Promptly report any vehicle maintenance issues, guest concerns, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a secure and efficient operation.
- Contribute to a positive and memorable guest experience by anticipating needs and providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanor.
