Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget to design customized itineraries.
- Research, book, and confirm travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, ground transportation, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Manage client accounts, maintain accurate records, and process bookings using various reservation systems and CRM software.
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, new destinations, supplier promotions, and technological advancements.
- Proactively resolve any issues or unexpected changes that may arise during a client's travel experience.
- Process payments, provide invoices, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Advisor or in a similar travel planning role.
- Proven ability to research, plan, and book complex domestic and international travel itineraries.

- Proficiency with various GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms and online booking tools.
