Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget for leisure and business trips.
- Research, plan, and create detailed, customised itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Book travel arrangements using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other booking platforms.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel documents, visa requirements, health regulations, and travel insurance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier promotions.
- Handle client inquiries, changes, and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proactively resolve any travel-related issues that may arise before or during a client's trip.
- Process payments, issue tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents accurately.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required Skills
