Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior travel consultants with booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel services.
- Research destination information, travel regulations, and visa requirements for various itineraries.
- Process bookings, send confirmations, and prepare travel documents for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage travel databases.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and promotions.
- Help resolve travel-related issues and client concerns efficiently and professionally.
