Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Design and present customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ground transportation.
- Book and confirm travel arrangements using various GDS (Global Distribution System) and online booking platforms.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and health regulations.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and send out travel documents.
- Manage and resolve any travel-related issues, changes, or cancellations promptly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company's CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role (minimum 12 months)
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and tourist attractions.
- Proficiency in using GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or major online booking tools.
- Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
