Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget for both leisure and business trips.
- Research, recommend, and book flights, accommodations, rental cars, cruises, tours, and other travel services.
- Design and customize detailed travel itineraries, offering personalized recommendations for destinations and activities.
- Process bookings, issue tickets, vouchers, and confirmations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destination information, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's client base.
- Utilize GDS (Global Distribution System) and other booking platforms proficiently.
- Manage invoicing and payment collection for booked travel arrangements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Proven ability to create and manage complex travel itineraries.
- Excellent knowledge of various travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Proficiency in GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is essential.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (written and verbal).
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
