Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Design customized travel itineraries, including multi-destination and complex routes.
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide expert advice on travel requirements, visas, vaccinations, and local customs.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, supplier offerings, and global events.
- Utilize CRM and booking software to manage client profiles and reservations.
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks related to bookings.
- Proactively follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
- Demonstrated expertise in international and domestic travel planning.
- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) or similar booking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
