As a Travel Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing bespoke travel experiences for a diverse clientele, ranging from luxury leisure trips to complex business itineraries. Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Design customized travel itineraries, including multi-destination and complex routes.
  • Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
  • Provide expert advice on travel requirements, visas, vaccinations, and local customs.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, supplier offerings, and global events.
  • Utilize CRM and booking software to manage client profiles and reservations.
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks related to bookings.
  • Proactively follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
  • Demonstrated expertise in international and domestic travel planning.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) or similar booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
