Key Responsibilities
- Process treasury transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including payments, receipts, and transfers.
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank accounts and treasury systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized treasury records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and compile various financial reports and documentation for management review.
- Support treasury analysts with data entry, analysis, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., accounting, operations) to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless workflows.
- Assist in monitoring cash positions and liquidity management activities.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of treasury processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and internal control guidelines.
- Respond to internal queries related to treasury operations, providing timely and accurate information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a financial institution (1+ year).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under flexible schedules.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and integrity, particularly when handling sensitive financial information.
