Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process documentation for incoming and outgoing trucks, including manifests, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
- Conduct visual inspections of trucks and cargo to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Accurately record and log truck identification numbers, arrival/departure times, and other pertinent information into our tracking system.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with truck drivers, dispatchers, and internal team members.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkpoint area, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support checkpoint operations.
