Key Responsibilities
- Assist the truck driver with loading, offloading, and securing various types of cargo.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking tires, lights, brakes, and fluid levels.
- Help navigate routes, read maps, and follow GPS directions to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck cabin and cargo area.
- Handle delivery documentation, including waybills, invoices, and proof of delivery forms.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
