Key Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with loading, unloading, and securing cargo safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues to the driver or supervisor.
- Navigate routes using maps or GPS, ensuring optimal and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery, mileage, and fuel logs.
- Help with general maintenance and cleanliness of the truck cab and cargo area.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
