Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging and effective one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, both online and in-person as required.
- Tailor teaching methods and materials to suit individual student learning styles, needs, and academic goals.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lesson plans accordingly.
- Help students develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving strategies, and effective study habits.
- Prepare students for upcoming exams, assignments, and school assessments.
- Maintain clear and open communication with students and parents/guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Manage your schedule and commitments efficiently to ensure timely and consistent support.
- Stay updated on curriculum requirements and educational best practices in your subject area(s).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one core academic subject (e.g., Maths, English, Science) at GCSE or A-Level equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students of various ages and backgrounds.
