As a Typist, you will be an integral part of our administrative support function, directly contributing to the smooth operation of our clients’ businesses by ensuring all documentation is handled efficiently and accurately. Your daily tasks will involve a diverse range of typing assignments, from transcribing audio recordings of meetings, interviews, and dictations, to creating, editing, and formatting critical reports, letters, memos, presentations, and other administrative materials. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, ensuring that all output reflects professionalism and clarity.

You will often work with sensitive and confidential information, requiring a high degree of discretion and attention to data security protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Transcribe audio recordings and dictations into accurate written documents.
