Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and passionate UI UX Designer to join our innovative team in Dubai. As a UI UX Designer, you will be instrumental in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across a range of platforms, from web applications to mobile interfaces. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to final hand-off and post-launch analysis. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products not only meet business objectives but also provide an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate user research findings and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various digital products, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design principles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and analytical data to continuously improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating design decisions and their impact on user experience and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.
- Ensure accessibility standards are integrated into all design solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for detail, typography, and color.
- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation for UI.
