Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity UI designs and specifications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Present and defend design choices based on user research, usability principles, and business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing for complex enterprise-level applications or SaaS products.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
