Job Description
Career.zycto is on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our rapidly growing remote team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience of our cutting-edge products, from initial concept through to deployment and iteration. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be a pivotal player in our product development lifecycle, responsible for translating complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces.
Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders across different time zones to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive user research, creating detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and iteratively testing designs to ensure optimal usability and accessibility. You will champion the user throughout the design process, advocating for best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces and interaction models for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and analytical data.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and content strategists, throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating design decisions and their impact.
- Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our design capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience with conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with SaaS or complex enterprise-level applications.
