Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a talented Remote UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. You will be instrumental in defining and refining user journeys across our product portfolio, transforming complex concepts into accessible, delightful, and highly functional designs. This role encompasses the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Create compelling, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Design and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present and defend design choices based on user research, best practices, and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and team input.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding and application of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- A solid portfolio showcasing strong UI and UX design skills for web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to drive design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding or experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects in a remote setting.
