Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite applications for various financial products based on established criteria and risk appetite.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, collateral, and other relevant documentation to assess applicant's creditworthiness and risk profile.
- Communicate underwriting decisions, conditions, and requirements clearly and professionally to internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and risk management departments to structure deals, negotiate terms, and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure all underwriting activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all underwriting decisions and rationale.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Underwriter in financial services or insurance.
