Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of socio-economic data, environmental impacts, and land use patterns.
- Prepare detailed urban planning reports, policy briefs, proposals, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, environmental specialists, and community groups to integrate diverse perspectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of urban regeneration schemes and master plans.
- Interpret and apply relevant planning policies, regulations, and legislation, with a focus on quickly learning UK-specific frameworks.
- Facilitate and lead public consultations and workshops to gather community input and ensure inclusive development.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban development projects, ensuring adherence to plans and objectives.

Required Skills
