Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly first impression.
- Efficiently scan and verify tickets or passes, directing guests to their appropriate sections or seats.
- Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns, providing accurate information about the venue, facilities, and event schedule.
- Maintain order and flow within the venue, ensuring clear aisles and emergency exits.
- Handle minor guest inquiries and resolve seating disputes or issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with special needs, including accessibility accommodations, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for everyone.
- Collaborate with other team members, security, and event management to ensure seamless event operations and guest safety.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activities to appropriate personnel immediately.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the venue before, during, and after events.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other items as required by event organizers.
